Four days of 100% gluten-free street food in Piazza San Zeno, in Verona's historic centre: food trucks with entirely gluten-free menus, gluten-free beer on tap, a market, talks and entertainment, with free admission.

From 8 to 11 October 2026 the Festival Senza Glutine comes to Verona: for four days Piazza San Zeno, in the historic centre, turns into a 100% gluten-free village open to everyone – people with coeliac disease, families, the curious and anyone who simply loves good food. The heart of the event is the food truck area, with vendors from all over Italy and entirely gluten-free menus: Black Angus burgers, smash burgers, arrosticini from Abruzzo, arancini and other Sicilian specialities, Sicilian cannoli filled on the spot, potato rösti, stuffed polenta slabs, pasta dishes and tortellini to eat on the go, pita gyros and Greek cuisine. To drink, gluten-free beer on tap. Alongside the street food you'll find the market area, where companies, producers and artisans present gluten-free products and new releases; the local area, dedicated to associations, businesses and organisations from Verona; the talk area, with meetings, personal stories, cooking shows and in-depth sessions on coeliac disease, mindful eating and wellbeing; and the entertainment area, with shows, music and activities throughout the event. Opening hours: Thursday from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm; Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. Admission is free.
