Butcher Shop - Delicatessen - Artisan Deli Food Besides not using gluten in our products, we also don't use dyes or chemical preservatives. We are cured-meat producers, and as such our ingredients are Cervia salt, Voghiera garlic (in some preparations), organic sulfite-free Fortana wine, pepper.

Amazing butcher shop and deli with a really wide choice of products made with gluten-free ingredients (roasts, cutlets ...). It's expensive, but as you know, quality has a price.

All the meat on the counter is gluten-free, I bought the filling for tortellini meaning they grind the meat on the spot for the filling then at home you add breadcrumbs, spices, egg, and cheese, and mortadella (recommended by them) they prefer to do it this way, and I had a great experience. The hamburgers are gluten-free and are really delicious.
