I should say upfront that this venue isn't AIC certified, but the staff is very knowledgeable about the topic, and I have to say I had no problems at all, even though I'm very sensitive to contamination too.Excellent food (creamed salt cod as appetizer and risotto as first course), the location is nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!
