Unfortunately the gluten free Kaissersmarren aren't at the menu anymore. But they do have gluten free options. for example daily baked cake.

We went there at the end of July. It's a mountain hut at about 2000 meters, we reached it on our way back from a hike on foot, it's also easily reachable with the help of a cable car and then a stretch on foot, it's open both in summer and winter. We talked to one of the owners who's also the cook, we ate the Kaiserschmarren a really good gluten Free dessert, I was told they can also prepare first and main courses gluten-free.
