The venue is nice! It's located in the heart of Erice, inside a really charming patio. However, the service and the food quality (both gluten-free and regular) need work. As for the service, the owner seemed a bit annoyed when we showed up as four instead of five (one person couldn't make it at the last minute due to feeling unwell). The menu had no gluten-free variety and the gluten-free pizza dough was totally improvised, very thick and slightly burnt. Even the regular pizza wasn't good… the dough, not properly leavened at all, was very heavy.

This restaurant was a disappointment. The choice of dishes for celiacs was fairly scarce: neither risotto nor pizza nor gluten-free couscous. Only industrial penne. The service was rude and careless.

Excellent place to eat gluten-free! Wide choice of menu and delicious first courses! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good lunch/dinner in Erice.

apart from a somewhat long wait...the place is beautiful and the food is excellent.. worth going back!!
