Incredible gluten-free bigoli indistinguishable from the originals! Compliments. Book at least a day ahead specifying the request (they make them fresh!)

Excellent trattoria: offers the legendary gluten-free bigoli... alla carbonara, amatriciana, ragù, vegetables...etc. Many main courses typical of the area, from grilled meats to the sought-after roasted pigeon.
