Fast service even on August 14th with the venue packed full. Excellent staff coordination. Gluten-free pizza with lactose-free mozzarella really good. Highly recommended.

I ate here for lunch on Easter Monday. Very good dishes both gluten-free and regular. Fast service despite the crowded day. The only flaw is that when I called to book they didn't tell me they DON'T have gluten-free first courses. When I found out I admit I was a bit upset.

Hi we went yesterday for the first time to this venue to eat gluten-free pizza..we tried the buckwheat dough crispy and thin..and the hemp flour one soft and thick..both exceptional. Also the classic pizza very good and generous. The waiters polite and fast in serving. We'll definitely be back!

We had buckwheat pizza and rice flour pizza both very good. I asked if they add additives to the dough to make it elastic like xanthan but they say no.... seems strange to me anyway the result is good. the place is very large we waited 35 minutes for the pizza after ordering. at the next table people were smoking and even though we were outdoors it bothered me. the space is huge it would be better to divide it into smoking and non-smoking areas. anyway we'll be back to try other things

I confirm what was said in the previous review, the quality of the products seems excellent to me and you find really unusual products, worth trying.. not as much the dining room service, last time (on a Monday) we waited more than 45 minutes and called the waiters several times but no one came not even to take the order..I don't think I'll be back, shame

As for gluten-free, you can eat appetizers (cured meats, bruschette), pizza and meat. You can choose among three different types of gf dough (rice flour, hemp flour or buckwheat). Excellent value for money! Only flaw, the venue is a bit chaotic because it's very big!

The rice pizza dough isn't exceptional but the topping is still good. But the satisfaction of being able to eat in a place full of people and at acceptable prices is enormous

Without a doubt the best gluten-free pizza in all of Rome, we've tried them all. Baked in a dedicated wood-fired oven. The doughs carefully made and exceptional. In the City we've tried many gluten-free venues but this one for the pizza is absolutely the best.

I was there last Saturday: one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've tried, at least in the area. They make three types: classic with rice flour, "whole wheat" with buckwheat flour and "rustic" with hemp flour. I tried the buckwheat flour one: well cooked and crumbly, neither hard nor rubbery, and cuts without problems from start to finish, even when it cools (we celiacs know well the most common gluten-free downsides). Taste and texture really excellent. They also make gluten-free bruschette, but I didn't try them. Fried food none (I hope they equip themselves soon...). They also have gf Peroni, but not all waiters know about it yet... For now they're not part of the AIC network. The venue is very big and crowded on weekends, full of tables and fairly noisy, but the service is fast and efficient, so no stress. In short, for me it passes. Worth trying again and encouraging.

I got a takeaway pizza last night. The venue is big and they have a wide variety of flavors. They also have three types of dough, rice flour, buckwheat flour and hemp flour. I tried the buckwheat dough it's soft and with a different flavor than usual.
