Our restaurant, featured in the guides "I Ristoranti di Veronelli 2010", "I Ristoranti d'Italia 2010" (Le Guide de l'Espresso), "Il Mangiarozzo 2010", offers regional cuisine enhanced by quality wines. This inn was in fact born as an excellent food destination where you can enjoy: mozzarella, the queen of the area, typical Cilento cuisine dishes, anchovies and zucchini flowers, and Podolica caciocavallo cheese combined with corn and rice pasta, local buffalo tagliata grilled in view, caprese cake and artisan sorbets, all paired with the area's best wines and liqueurs. Particular care and attention are given to the cheeses and cured meats, selected among the best of Campania, and to the carefully chosen, expertly recommended wines, not to mention all types of selected, guaranteed meats, cooked in view over genuine embers. To make the evenings even more magical, Tavernola has a garden with about seventy seats for fantastic dinners under the stars.
