We had dinner and there was nothing they could guarantee gluten-free. The chef though was really upfront, he immediately said he couldn't guarantee the absence of gluten traces.

The Tanit Pub, or rather Gigi's Pub, is a real institution in Pula!! In summer it's a real point of reference both for the quality of the food and for the friendliness and professionalism of Gigi and his staff! For lunch they've started doing very good bistro food. The owner is celiac so even though it's not a "GF certified" venue there's a lot of attention to gluten free with various really excellent gluten-free dishes to enjoy with great peace of mind and safety! GF desserts super good even for non-celiacs! GF beer and Carasau bread!!! Highly recommended for everyone, celiac or not!!!
