I've had dinner at this restaurant numerous times since they opened and I've never had contamination problems (I'm really sensitive and with the slightest contamination I'd immediately feel sick). I recently found out that the owner is also celiac and that's why they're so knowledgeable. As for the fish quality I've always found it excellent, but the last 2 times I found everything tastier, maybe because they changed chef. When they told him there was a celiac in the dining room he came straight to the table to ask me what I wanted to eat and prepared me a first-rate first course directly with the fish from the counter. Then I had a fried calamari and anchovies top marks with honors, but the thing that won me over most is that he gave me as a gift a gluten-free pasticciotto made by him. Previous times I looked with a bit of envy at the pasticciotto my husband ate since before they didn't make the gluten-free one. Anyway my husband also found the kitchen at its best with the new chef and he also said the pasticciotto itself was better. The service previous times was so-so, and the last time it was at its best maybe because they invested in the dining room staff with a manager who keeps everything under control. If I really had to find a flaw, only the coffee I didn't like that much but given the progress they've made I hope they'll fix that too

The place is really nice and very attractive aesthetically, but their experience with gluten-free is really poor, slow service and the pasta was served overcooked to me!!!! No reward for a celiac!

Terrible quality of the fish. All the courses had the same unpleasant taste. A shame because the venue is really welcoming and the staff courteous.

Excellent venue and excellent service. The venue looks really good with finished decor and courteous and welcoming staff. Good choice of gluten-free products and particular attention paid to the order. Almost the entire menu can be requested traditional or gluten-free. We ordered a mixed gluten-free fried dish very good and crispy. Definitely a venue worth trying. Worth every penny spent.

I go to this restaurant often, the celiacs are me and my daughter, you really eat well, the owner is celiac, so the staff is very trained!

The place is nice and cozy, the staff very kind, the service perfect. the menu is almost entirely accessible to celiacs and it's of excellent quality. It's a bit pricey but the fish is really fresh. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I'll definitely go back.

Sono stata qui l'altra sera con il mio compagno,e sorpresa di scoprire la possibilità ti mangiare tutto senza glutine ho voluto provare sia il primo che il secondo. Come primo ho mangiato della bavette con vongole e bottarga, saporite e al dente,mah la vera chicca è stata la frittura di calamari. Finalmente dopo anni di fritture unte e gommose ho mangiato una frittura croccante e dal colorito chiaro. Ci tengo a sottolineare la totale certezza della non contaminazione delle pietanze,sono un soggetto particolarmente sensibile e se ci fosse stata anche se minima me ne sarei accorta. Buona anche la qualità degli spumoni salentini senza glutine. Ci tornerò sicuramente .
