Really pleasant gluten free pizza. There's clearly room for improvement, since the dough (particularly the crust) had a not optimal texture.

EXCELLENT!!! gluten-free pizza really good it had been years since I ate a pizza like this, I've been celiac for 8 years and I've been to quite a few pizzerias, but Pizza Saporito's pizza has no equal also because it's made by a celiac pizza maker with dedicated oven and counter, really organized for gluten-free, attentive and qualified staff what can I say a paradise for us celiacs we'll see each other often! Highly recommended!!!

My experience is based on 5 episodes (which I won't recount all of) of which the last one yesterday evening when I was served a saltimbocca in these conditions: (photo1) burned outside full of holes because it was overcooked and burned and raw inside, eggplant a funghetto raw fries and raw. (If you notice the bite it's because my boyfriend tried tasting it before we threw it in the trash). On Wednesday of that same week I stopped to get a pizza, it was burned so much that the crust crumbled black to the touch and raw in the center (so raw and mushy that I had to discard the center part!). Now you'll ask why I gave them 5 chances! The fact is that I'm acting in good faith and I'm wheat intolerant.(Obviously the raw fries and raw eggplant that my boyfriend had to remove and throw away also apply to the saltimbocca with regular flour but at least that dough was edible). BUT I ASK MYSELF WITH WHAT NERVE DO THEY SERVE THESE THINGS? DO THEY THINK THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE IS STUPID? They close the box without letting you see it to hide it as if you're not supposed to eat it! I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING MOCKED! WHAT MAKES ME MOST ANGRY IS THE TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE TO WHOM YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO SERVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS! WITH WHAT NERVE AND PROFESSIONAL DIGNITY DO YOU LET SOMETHING THIS DISGUSTING BE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR NAME AND YOUR WORK?! The first time I came to get a saltimbocca. Basically it hadn't been rolled out and was raw and clumped inside, hard as a rock and obviously small and doubled up like a sandwich (ALWAYS NICELY HIDDEN IN THE BOX TO GET THE SURPRISE AT HOME) (photo2) I brought this back and he, pretending he hadn't made it himself (the owner) (when I saw it with my own eyes! but whatever!), apologized and made me another saltimbocca, this time with the top thin and overcooked like a cracker...and well!I was acting in good faith and I accepted it...but yesterday was the last straw and the last money wasted, I had an absurd rage because he's done this to me too many times and out of necessity I went back!but it'll never happen again! This time tired, bitter and upset I didn't even waste time bringing back the saltimbocca it wasn't worth it, I simply threw it away but never again. A venue that loudly boasts about its gluten free products can't treat customers like this.It should just be ashamed of itself.

Saporito by name and by nature, dedicated oven and counter with a celiac pizza maker everything available from fried food pizza and desserts also lactose-free, staff attentive and kind.highly recommended!!!!

I have it near home so I use the takeaway service. The pizza is excellent thanks to a light dough and top quality products! Highly recommended!

superb pizza... the first time I didn't want to believe it.. the pizza chef is celiac so it's a guarantee ... I'll gladly go back and next time I'll also try the restaurant.

Friendly, helpful, meticulous and well organized staff, complete with AIC certification. Excellent gluten and lactose-free pizza, which comes close to the regular one in taste, soft dough. Recommended!

Really excellent pizza, also the fried food like croquettes and macaroni frittatina, excellent! All takeaway! Definitely worth ordering again!

well-equipped and knowledgeable venue, good pizza and fried food available. It's also a restaurant but I haven't tried it
