A special menu gluten free. Gluten free bread with the starter. Pasta and meat were very good.

Limited gluten-free choice but the tomino with speck and honey was truly good. Delicious desserts. Worth trying!

Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes. Major flaw in the bread (rice cakes) and desserts (only sorbets)

Excellent cuisine... with and without gluten. Unique place, nice for a romantic or quiet dinner. Only flaw (present up until a few months ago: paper menus extremely worn)
