I had the pizza verace, with buffalo mozzarella, and I liked it, the base (Schar) didn't seem frozen to me, it was nicely charred at the edges and crispy, it was brought to me in about ten minutes along with my non-celiac companion's pizza. The celiac menu consists of 6-7 pizzas, at "no extra charge" compared to the regular menu (30 cents more on the bill actually), a gluten-free beer and a gluten-free dessert.

The pizza is frozen, they told me themselves and it doesn't take much to figure it out. 8 €. Schaer's is better, actually there's no comparison. This one is inedible and expensive

Locale non attrezzato per gestire dieta gluten free. Pizza con base giá pronta decisamente sgradevole e contaminazioni con cibi contenenti glutine. Sconsigliata

Vengo qui spesso,non è facile trovare una buona pizza senza glutine. Prendo sempre la verace con la mozzarella di bufala,la mangio una anche 2 volte a settimana,non ho mai avuto problemi,di solito la richiedo ben cotta,perché visto che cucinata in teglia tende ad essere bianchina, senza dubbio la più buona che io abbia mai provato

Attenzione! Non è segnalato dall'aic! Non sono preparati per gestire clienti celiaci! Non hanno un menù dedicato! Io sono andato con due amici non celiaci, il cameriere mi avevo sincerato che la pizza fosse senza glutine, morale sono stato tutta la notte male e la pizza faceva anche schifo!
