soggy, spongy pizza. Really nothing special.

Ate pizza tonight ... I should point out that I ate it out of hunger after the trip arriving in Mestre. The pizza is practically cold ... the mozzarella stays in chunks just as it was placed... it's not melted and above all in the center it's inedible, even the tomato tastes raw. I had it remade, in no time they brought me an identical one, equally raw. Not recommended, though the regular pizza is good according to the non-celiacs.

the pizza used is the already made Schar one. I tried to eat a simple cooked ham pizza and the mozzarella hadn't even melted. what can I say if I have to eat pizza like that I can make it at home, anyone can do that.

The pizza isn't bad, a bit pricey but that wouldn't matter if they followed the rules on celiac cooking, the pizza is passed from one pizza maker's hands to another, one washes his hands, the first one who makes it, then passes it to another who hasn't washed his, and then to yet another. You can see the pizza gets contaminated, just like the ingredients that are put in well-sealed containers, but then everyone touches them as if nothing were wrong. Unfortunately zero checks, especially from AIC. A shame, the pizza actually wouldn't be bad at all. But because of all this, to be avoided

the gluten-free pizza isn't bad but unfortunately it's baked in the classic pizza oven ..the dough balls arrive already made..not 100% safe, we never saw the pizza maker wash his hands and he's the same one preparing all the other pizzas..too bad the pizza is good but there's no certainty of no contamination...
