Utensils, toppings and work surface the same for all pizzas. The word "contamination" unknown to them. I didn't let my son eat the pizza.

How could AIC have left you your certification, I watched them prepare a pizza, a celebration of wheat flour, you can wear gloves but what's the use if then on a gluten-free base you put tomatoes and mozzarella touched beforehand with floury hands.
