Really kind staff attentive to gluten and/or lactose choices .

restaurant located downtown Bologna the location is good because it's right near the central squares and churches the first course tried ricotta tortelloni was decent but wasn't cooked just right the bread really good served in a sealed bag prices slightly high if you really have no other places You can go

The gluten-free food comes directly from the manufacturer "Spiga Amica".. individually bagged and protected and served that way to reassure the customer. The risotto is prepared in uncontaminated water.
