Only gluten-free food, all rice-based. Everything very good!…in particular the arancini and the fried gnocco with sopressa were delicious

Excellent risotto. Fantastic arancini. No salads or side vegetables on the menu. Everything in the restaurant is gluten free (except possibly some beer)

Super cooking! Everything rice-based even bread and desserts. Really sophisticated dishes and impeccable service. Good value for money. Worth trying!
