Second try went really badly, pizza way too salty and inedible.the others completely burnt...don't go there on a Saturday they're disorganized.

well-kept and clean venue excellent pizzas in the topping, in the dough they should reduce the dose of xanthan or guar gum since in the center it comes out a bit rubbery/elastic, excellent the Arrosticini only downside the absence of GF bread which is usually replaced with focaccia, another suggestion to stay in the market you need to have all services up to date such as for example accepting all credit cards or at least make the cashier aware to tell the customer before making the transaction that they don't accept that type of card...... don't pretend to be surprised.... given it's a strictly touristy location Thanks for your attention compliments for accommodating intolerances

You can choose practically the whole gluten-free pizza menu. The place is very beautiful and the prices reasonable. We were served right away even though it was Saturday evening and the place was full. The pizza was good, well topped but excessively thin and needed better cooking on the bottom. All in all I'd go back for a second try.
