The Quinoa dining project is firmly rooted in Tuscan tradition and, enriched by the best international experiences, aims to combine taste and health with an ABSOLUTE CHOICE: Zero Gluten! On our menu you can also find the exotic flavors of gluten-free Thai dishes, and every Sunday brunch, with à la carte single dishes and a generous buffet. All this in the magical location of ZAP, a protected aromatic zone: an ancient cloister just steps from the Duomo, colored and scented by aromatic plants and herbs.

Very pleasant venue with very kind staff. Not only is everything gluten-free, but the menu also offers dishes for vegetarians, vegans and omnivores. Respect for everyone. It's inside the inner courtyard of a building, so it's also very quiet, away from street chaos but right in the center. What more could you want?

Excellent food, lovely ambiance, terrific service. The ravioli in sage butter sauce were so good I nearly wept. Despite being just steps away from the Duomo, the tables around us were filled with locals. Highly recommend!!

The venue is downtown and has a small inner courtyard. We had an excellent breakfast, prices a bit high.

One of my most pleasant dining experiences of Florence. Everything on the menu is GF. The service is friendly and efficient. The food is fantastic! The "home baked" bread has that elusive quality GF bread seldom has, a certain chewiness that is so satisfying. My best regards to a wonderful restaurant!

Simply fantastic. My girlfriend and I went there for two days in a row for lunch while visiting Florence. Venue entirely gluten free and so super certified. Really pleasant and beautiful location, fast and efficient service, friendly and helpful waiters. The dishes really excellent and tasty. Excellent food quality (I wasn't left feeling heavy even from the fried food unlike what usually happens to me). Considering it's in the center and that the product quality is superb the value for money is excellent. A must stop for every celiac visiting (and not) Florence.

Everything really good and gf. Excellent products and unique and tasty dishes. Good service, though they got a bit lost over a small plate of plain rice for a child at 7€.

we ate really well and a lot. there was really everything. very nice venue there's a lot of room both inside and outside. a stone's throw from the Duomo.

We were there yesterday at this delightful venue for the second gluten-free festival: everything really excellent, fried fish and mushroom tagliatelle spectacular. Prices normal for being downtown. Highly recommended

menu entirely g/f so the choice is wide and worry-free. many vegan or eastern-inspired offerings. nice atmosphere right downtown. first courses 10-12 €. second courses 14-16€
