In the striking setting of the eternal city, Polpetta was born, a new dining concept combining tradition and innovation with simplicity and creativity. Our restaurants are located in three of the most famous areas of Rome's lively nightlife scene: the first Polpetta opened in 2016 just steps from the Gazometro in the Ostiense area, doubled in 2017 in the characteristic Rione Monti, and starting in December 2019, the flagship store opened its doors in the beating heart of Trastevere.
