Beautiful place but the gluten-free menu very poor, almost nothing, and I don't understand why the AIC logo is printed on the menu if there are no dishes for gluten intolerance.

Unusual place, menu not very varied and GF options even less so. Some uncertainty about offering gluten-free dishes and the frozen bread...either it's cold or they don't bring it. A bit more care wouldn't hurt.
