You shouldn't joke around with health! You signed up on this app and to my question "WHAT DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE" the answer was "well...I don't know a risotto or a steak...we don't have the certification, hard requirements are needed to have it" absolutely to be avoided. Too bad because you're in a golden spot and you don't know how to make the most of it (food for non-celiacs of medium-low, very low quality)

sorry I'd like to know if the pizzeria in question which is classified as gluten-free, has a menu of gluten-free pizzas, because if we're talking about a risotto eaten at a pizzeria, then it could also be removed from this app.
