At this restaurant they CLAIM to be able to provide gluten-free meals. And, to my specific question "gluten-free.. And also suitable for celiacs?" I was answered YES Clearly these people completely ignore the meaning of what they claim, and think that to do "gluten-free" cooking it's enough to buy a bit of corn pasta! Irresponsibly, they make people who trust their (self-proclaimed) professionalism get sick. After my terrible experience, I feel it's my duty to dissuade celiac people from eating at this restaurant, and to invite the Owners to inform themselves and learn before offering a service they're not up to. Doing gluten-free cooking.. is something else!
