I've been celiac for just a few months. Last night at Muu I found kindness and the whole staff was truly well-prepared on the topic, attentive to me and several variations available for us. Really well done!

I often went there during lunch break and they also have gluten-free burgers and pasta! They're very careful and even the fries they often don't serve because they fry them together with the others which are battered first

It's not that they have something specifically gluten-free but they ask you to be careful. The meat is really very good... It would be a dream to have the Muu focaccia gluten-free! At the meat counter instead you find gluten-free precooked cotechino etc and from what I saw also packaged little cookies at the bar. Worth trying but watch the prices ;)
