we went to this place after reading the comment. finally I was able to eat excellent sushi after years. the place is very nice, the staff kind and attentive to the needs of those who are celiac or allergic, and the food really excellent.

A Japanese restaurant where attention to gluten free is high.. They tell you what you can eat on the menu, they bring tamari sauce, they use gluten-free surimi.. well done!
