I tried this venue because of the AIC guide, in my opinion not entirely satisfactory, the cold cuts and stracchino cheese must be served separately to the celiac otherwise the risk of contamination is high, anyway I have to say the testaroli were excellent

I had the gluten-free panigacci and testaroli, fantastic, staff kind too. Next time I'll try the gluten-free ravioli. The dessert was exquisite too.
