Orecchiette restaurant in the historic center of Gallipoli, in Piazza della Repubblica, dedicated exclusively to handmade orecchiette made with Puglian durum wheat flours (Senatore Cappelli, barley, burnt wheat). All the orecchiette and sauces on the menu are also available gluten-free, prepared with dedicated care to limit contamination.
