Absolutely to be avoided if you're celiac. By their own admission, they said they have no idea how to manage contamination (same ladles for everything). They also claim that celiacs there have never had problems, "at most a bit of bloating". Unbelievable. Recommended maybe only if you're just slightly intolerant (very slightly).
