In the dining room there are 3 menus, the standard one for Chinese and Japanese cuisine, the vegan one and the gluten-free one. Chinese and Japanese restaurant, present in the AIC network, very attentive and kind. I go there often with my family including my 10 year old celiac daughter. An entire menu dedicated to gluten-free, with varied choice from both cuisines. delicious food and really kind staff. run by an owner couple (he Italian she Chinese). Highly recommended, we come specially and live 30 km from novara. Also menu for vegans. Website= http://www.longjin.it

I go there often, there's a separate "gluten free" menu, including soy sauce and gluten-free beer. I recommend it!
