I'm not celiac but my daughter is, as I write in all the comments I make I specify that I always taste it too, so excellent pizza, generously topped and tasty, made with good quality products like the flour for celiacs, they need to improve and pay more attention to contamination but you know Saturday is Saturday, but everything acceptable
