I had excellent, generous gluten-free pizzoccheri!!

Before giving positive reviews we should stop letting people think we celiacs are willing to eat anything. There are now increasingly sophisticated flours, and the technical skill of industry professionals should mean they're more used to "handling" gluten-free ingredients, but, as in this case, once again you find yourself at the usual pizzeria that buys pre-made bases and tops them poorly. Enough. Learn to use your hands and knead the dough, given that you're supposed to be professionals in what you do. The usual terrible pizza.

we had lunch there 3 times in our 10 days of vacation.everything good, the pizza light and truly delicious. Thank you so much

Nice place but with little choice. Watch out you need to book the pizzoccheri.

Truly compliments, gluten-free pizzoccheri excellent and also it's hard to find places that give you such a wide choice of dishes like this beautiful and unique place. Truly top marks with honors

A SPECTACULAR LUNCH Having arrived following the directions on the AIC website, we had lunch and above all I splendidly enjoyed a dish of gluten-free pizzoccheri and sciatt made fresh, NOTHING pre-made or packaged, prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, I highly recommend it, a quiet and welcoming place with professional and friendly staff Thank you Mr. Gino for the hospitality see you soon Milena and Marco

Today April 25th with a special opening we were super lucky, we stopped for lunch and I have to say we ate divinely, pizzoccheri and sciatt, naturally gluten-free, made and cooked fresh since we hadn't even booked....but with the splendid hospitality and friendliness of Mr. Gino we had a really great time....but I REPEAT, DINED DIVINELY WITH DISHES STRICTLY GLUTEN-FREE!!!!!
