La Pergola is located in the middle of the triangle formed by the towns of Bologna, Ferrara and Modena: the hospitality is family-run and, in a warm, rustic setting, accompanied by the fireplace's flames, you'll be immersed in an atmosphere where time flows slowly, to enjoy your intimate moments or joyful evenings with company. Our cuisine, offering dishes from Emilia's tradition for fifty years, has been enriched with a touch of refinement and imagination to let you enjoy the specialties of our female chef Monia: alongside truffle-based specialties like passatelli in Grana fondue (a registered-trademark dish), the offerings start with tortellini, garganelli, gnocchetti and tortelloni. There's also grilled meat and special fillets — the taste is enhanced with the now highly requested beef tagliata — ending with fantastic desserts: mascarpone, tiramisù and the very special zuppa inglese, all freshly made every day. The pizzeria bakes rich, tasty pizzas in a traditional wood-fired oven; from the classic Margherita and Napoli, to the very special Regina, combining tomato, mozzarella and truffle cream.

the venue is really beautiful and evocative, especially if you book the small room with the fireplace. Spectacular food and a really rich menu, with pizza, first courses, desserts and gluten-free main courses. I recommend the potato tortelli

offers a great gluten-free variety both pizza and restaurant plus it's a really beautiful venue!! if I may recommend it for those who are gf, the best gluten-free venue in the area!!
