Top in the area for gluten-free...the mom in the kitchen makes a delicious pumpkin and cheese risotto...the pizzas look inviting, I'll try them, as well as the desserts...all gluten-free!

I work as a sales rep, so obviously I eat out a lot. I happened to be in Biella, and I tried this pizzeria, and I have to say it's the best pizza I've ever eaten, and I've had hundreds of them in hundreds of different places…. Compliments

Francesca must have definitely gone to the wrong pizzeria because it's really the best pizza I've ever eaten and I've been celiac for many years, the pizza is really soft and the staff very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend stopping by if you're passing through!

I too fully deny what's said in the first review. the pizzas are absolutely the best in the area. and everyone is really attentive. I'm strongly intolerant and I've NEVER gotten sick. in the kitchen they make fantastic fish dishes. the portions are fair

excellent place, I go there regularly. kind staff, wide choice of pizzas, pasta, gluten-free beer and several desserts, all excellent; wait times normal. the gluten-free dough unfortunately has a surcharge of two euros compared to the regular dough.

Ottima la pizza, sembra vera. Luigi, il pizzaiolo nonché figlio del titolare é un vero fanatico di impasti speciali. Smentisco pienamente la recensione sopra, mi sa che l'utente si confonda con un'altra pizzeria. Il personale é molto premuroso nei miei confronti. Sempre presenti grissini gluten free. I dolci sono pochi ma davvero squisiti, mio preferito la CATALANA al mandarino con aspic di frutta fresca fatta da Titti (sempre figlia del titolare). Anche la cucina é ottima, e al posto del pane portano una focaccia cotta al momento. Pur optando quasi sempre per la pizza ho avuto modo di assaggiare delle linguine al grano bianco di un mulino veneto, le ho trovate delicate e particolari. Fidatevi, di meglio a Biella ma anche fuori non c'è! Bravi, continuate così ! ROBY E MAURY
