Top in the area for gluten-free...the mom in the kitchen makes a delicious pumpkin and cheese risotto...the pizzas look inviting, I'll try them, as well as the desserts...all gluten-free!

I work as a sales rep, so obviously I eat out a lot. I happened to be in Biella, and I tried this pizzeria, and I have to say it's the best pizza I've ever eaten, and I've had hundreds of them in hundreds of different places…. Compliments

Francesca must have definitely gone to the wrong pizzeria because it's really the best pizza I've ever eaten and I've been celiac for many years, the pizza is really soft and the staff very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend stopping by if you're passing through!

I too fully deny what's said in the first review. the pizzas are absolutely the best in the area. and everyone is really attentive. I'm strongly intolerant and I've NEVER gotten sick. in the kitchen they make fantastic fish dishes. the portions are fair

excellent place, I go there regularly. kind staff, wide choice of pizzas, pasta, gluten-free beer and several desserts, all excellent; wait times normal. the gluten-free dough unfortunately has a surcharge of two euros compared to the regular dough.

The AIC association has removed Pace from the list of restaurants!!!! There must be a reason!!!!!

Excellent the pizza, it feels real. Luigi, the pizza maker who is also the owner's son, is a true fanatic of special doughs. I fully deny the review above, I think the user is confusing it with another pizzeria. The staff is really thoughtful towards me. Gluten free breadsticks always present. The desserts are few but really exquisite, my favorite the mandarin CATALANA with fresh fruit aspic made by Titti (also the owner's daughter). The kitchen is excellent too, and instead of bread they bring a focaccia baked on the spot. Even though I almost always go for the pizza I got to try some white wheat linguine from a Venetian mill, I found them delicate and unusual. Trust me, better than Biella but not even outside of it! strongly not recommended. Unhelpful staff and tiny pizzas, very expensive and with unbelievable delays.
