Unfortunately I couldn't go to this restaurant because I was told that having a small dog it couldn't come inside the restaurant. Let's hope that even in these towns things can evolve..... and to think that sometimes the dirtiest ones are the people and not the pet owners' animals.

Kudos for the competence and sensitivity of the staff which is not commonly found in the restaurant business even in the specific gluten-free one.
