Let me preface that I've known this place for a few years and considered it a good restaurant for gluten-free, but instead already two months ago I went there for dinner and the first courses were bland and mushy, when I mentioned it to the manager I was told there were too many people and that everyone else had ordered the pizza. I go back on New Year's Eve, I ask beforehand if the menu was the same as the regular one, I'm told only two dishes would be different, but instead a starter was missing because they couldn't make it gluten-free either, panettone and pandoro not even worth mentioning because they contain gluten (a gluten-free version exists), and then the croissants in the end nothing because they didn't have gluten-free ones there either. The two first courses inedible, arrived 20 minutes after the others. In short you can't boast the AIC symbol, I've already reported them to the Association

I don't know what people are used to eating but I'm a celiac who has tried many restaurants looking for a good pizza and I have to say here I found it really poor and very salty. The service less than zero. There were four of us and we ate at different times: two of us ate the pizza forty minutes later than the other two, who had already finished dinner after ten minutes. What did the owner reply to my polite complaints? That it's not simple and that it's easy to talk from the outside, without even apologizing. What a way to behave. On top of that, having told her I've worked in a restaurant, she rudely replied that if I had free time I could go serve myself!!

Ho girato molti locali e quindi assaggiato una molteplicità di pizze gluten free,devo dire che questa è una delle migliori.
