There's a gluten-free only menu, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Everything excellent I recommend going there!!!!

Last night I was passing through the area near Spoleto and, with my husband, we stopped to eat pizza. Mine, GLUTEN-FREE, was truly good both for the dough and the topping. Also varied the restaurant's gluten-free menu which however I didn't try. Staff attentive and really kind.

I went with a friend, excellent gluten-free pizza, I recommend it...nice and welcoming restaurant...wonderful staff..I recommend everyone go

Nice venue, kind and professional staff, excellent food, good choice of gluten-free options for the second courses, shame that for the first courses the gluten-free pasta choice is between fischioni, penne and spaghetti...which I'd never order at a restaurant, since I already eat them at home every day! There are excellent alternatives (gnocchi, tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli) around that I'd recommend considering. A very nice touch is that while you wait for the ordered dishes they bring fried sage...if it were made with rice or corn flour so that the celiac guest could eat it too it would be nice!
