Rude owner and the gluten-free pizza isn't good, they're not even part of the Aic circuit anymore

One thing I noticed is that they bake the pizza in a kind of pan that goes into the same wood-fired oven as the traditional ones. I don't think that's orthodox, given that the convective currents generated inside the oven can carry gluten flour particles through the air. It doesn't seem like they use rice flour to roll out the dough for the traditional pizzas, which would reduce contamination. AIC, where are youuuuu!

I don't know what happened or why the messages got duplicated... but the point is clear, I think! It's not on the AIC list even though it displays the logo. I got badly ripped off and couldn't eat

Nice place, terrible service, terrible gluten-free pizza, which besides being burnt seemed pre-cooked. The regular pizza is chewy and keeps rising in your stomach. TO AVOID

Nice place, terrible service, terrible gluten-free pizza, arrived burnt and, it seemed, pre-cooked... and they even have the AIC logo?! The wheat pizza then, is chewy and keeps rising in your stomach until the next day. TO AVOID!

The traditional pizza is good but by comparison the gluten-free one is disappointing. Small, thin and with few choices. A shame, because in Aprilia they're really good
