I discovered this pizzeria in December 2023 after my daughter's recent celiac diagnosis.She's always only ever eaten Margherita and finishes it all; for non-celiacs you can choose the type of dough, the shape (thin or with the crust) and many original pizzas. No need to book pizzas anymore and they always have lactose-free mozzarella too.They bake in a dedicated oven, all their desserts are gluten-free, they recently started doing takeaway focaccia too, only on some days, and they should soon be opening a pastry section.It's an AIC-certified venue and in my opinion it's worth going!

Definitely informal venue in the seaside town, on the terrace in summer. Excellent pizzas with an incredible variety of toppings and lots of vegetarian options. For non-celiac partners they offer alternative doughs, hemp, turmeric, beet, charcoal and more. Friendly and attentive staff. Let's support them in this difficult time.

No booking of any kind is needed anymore, management changed, you can choose any pizza on the menu and also many desserts

Pizza apparently prepared with maximum care....but I felt really sick with symptoms typical of a gluten reaction

I can understand having to book the gluten-free pizzas in advance, although having to book them by 5pm to be able to eat them at dinner that evening seems excessive to me (elsewhere it's enough to book by 7pm), however, it really bothers me to also have to choose the toppings in advance! Has it never happened to you to go to a place and then decide how you want your pizza topped, maybe because a name written on the menu caught your attention? I don't think I'll go back unless they decide to change the system

Dico solo che mi hanno chiesto il gusto della mia pizza senza glutine alle ore 16:00, quando ho chiamato per prenotare.... perché dovevano organizzarsi!!! Menu scarsissimo, non avevano neanche patatine fritte senza glutine...
