They're not affiliated with AIC but they're extremely knowledgeable on the subject. If you call ahead they'll also prepare gluten-free first courses. The rest is really well specified in the menu, dishes with or without gluten. If you go for main courses the polenta on the side is made with gluten-free flour. They also brought me gluten-free crackers instead of the bread they gave my dining companions. In short...GOOD!
