Restaurant, grill and pizzeria in Canazei serving traditional Trentino dishes with a modern twist. On request, it prepares almost all dishes gluten-free (excluding pizza and a few typical specialties), using Schar bread for celiac guests. The staff is attentive in handling gluten-free requests, with dedicated appetizers, a risotto, grilled main courses and a weekly dessert. Vegetarian options are also available.
