More and more people suffer from gluten intolerance, and for them it certainly becomes hard to enjoy the freedom of sitting comfortably at a restaurant table, trusting in the professionalism and sensitivity of the owner. In our case, we can say we pay the utmost attention to this, without underestimating the psychological aspect for those with this intolerance, trying to make the guest feel at ease. Chef-owner Alvaro has taken specific courses, besides having this intolerance within his own family. On the menu you can always find something gluten-free, but with a phone call we can cover the whole range, from bread to desserts. What can we say — trying can't hurt!

We ate really well, opting for the meat main courses that were a poem! Plus the staff was truly kind! Recommended!

Everything excellent! Gluten-free first courses, porcini, truffle, crostini, meat main courses. Traditional Romagna and Tuscan dishes. Highly recommended. I was here for Easter!
