We've already been twice: really excellent pizzeria, you forget you're eating gluten-free, the pizza is better than other gluten ones I've tried around Rome! Super dough, Roman-style and easy to digest. The fried food is also delicious!

We got pinsa and pinsaburger for takeaway, all really delicious. The pinsa dough top and really digestible. We'll definitely be back, maybe eating in the venue

I only managed to book here once, everything really really good from the fried food to the pinsa both the buckwheat dough and the hemp one.
