Good pizza quality. I had stopped going because of the need to book the day before, but now apparently that's no longer the case, you can also order it the same day for the evening. A plus.

I confirm the quality of the pizza. Personally I no longer go to venues that require booking gluten-free pizza too far in advance. I feel more 'like everyone else' who can eat anything anywhere. In any case quality is an asset.

I stopped going there because more than once, even though I had called early Saturday afternoon, I was told it wouldn't be possible to have a gluten-free margherita pizza for the evening even though it was a table of 6 people for dinner where only my daughter was celiac, really little availability and flexibility, very disappointing, I can't understand how a venue like this manages to stay in the AIC network, the few times I managed to book 2 days ahead I have to say the pizza wasn't bad at all, and the service too, young girls but very helpful, certainly more than the owners.

Mi dipiace per il signor Marco ma la prenotazione è introdotta al fine di garantire una qualità alta nel tempo del prodotto visto che la lavorazione non è semplice e la responsabilità non è poca. Comunque precisiamo che la prenotazione si può fare anche in giornata esempio mattina per la sera ;) Grazie per il commento

Ho smesso di andarci perché bisogna prenotare la pizza senza glutine almeno un giorno prima! Peccato.
