I wanted to point out that the owners told me it's not specifically for celiacs; you can eat some fish or meat appetizers, main courses and risottos, but they have no desserts or breaded products for celiacs, nor desserts, only ice cream, though I have to say the risottos are exquisite, and they did bring me gluten-free bread anyway. Poor service when it comes to gluten-free pizza. When I asked for it they told me to notify at least in the afternoon for the evening! Otherwise mediocre as a place

but how come il molo is listed for gluten-free? Did they take the course at the ASP of Agrigento? Were they given the SIAN course certificate? If they did why don't they display it prominently? In their HACCP self-monitoring plan did they include that they prepare gluten-free meals???

restaurant specialized in cooking fish.excellent value for money. the place is small but really nice. the staff is excellent!!! you can choose the 26 euro menu with various starters 2 first courses and 4 second courses.the pizza must be booked the day before or in the morning.
