The place is well organized and the service is very friendly.I had a gluten-free pizza:The baking is just right, topped with ham and a side of fries.Overall rating: VERY GOOD!!!!!!!!!.

Beautiful location, delicious pizza, AIC-certified restaurant. I recommend it to all celiacs eating out in Trieste.Worth going back!!!!(Very kind staff)

had dinner in Trieste, which according to the management is the same as eating in Palmanova, drawn in by the fact that the pizza dough is made by them, so not mass-produced stuff, staff slow and not very flexible, gf pizza crust raw, ricotta and zucchini crespelle good and tiramisù also always gf equally good, as a gf pizzeria it doesn't deserve a visit, disappointed

personally I ate absolutely the best gluten-free pizza of my life! The venue is aic certified, offers almost the entire menu gluten-free. The products are excellent quality and organic. The pizza dough is made by them. I also tried lentil meatballs as an appetizer....those were also excellent! Choice of numerous appetizers, first courses, main courses and desserts. I ate divinely.

Almost the whole restaurant and pizzeria menu is for celiacs and lactose intolerant people. Nice venue, kind and thoughtful staff. There's gluten-free craft beer worth trying. I highly recommend it

Excellent. The service is really fast and very kind. Very high quality from pizza to venison. the house wine is good too. Celiac paradise. Very happy. I invite you to try it.
