Terrible experience, got really sick because of contamination, gluten dishes mixed with gluten-free ones. ..incompetent staff. ..not recommended

Terrible experience! Went several times, felt sick regularly after every meal or dinner! The last time with company, everyone felt sick, even those who ate "regular" food! Gluten-free pizza inedible, soggy, raw, unseasoned and with a strange taste... staff not very attentive and getting orders wrong, bringing "regular" bruschette instead of gluten-free ones, same for the pasta and everything else, which is better not to comment on... in my opinion, many positive comments are fake, also because if I'm not mistaken, a positive comment was left by a person with the same name as a waitress... coincidence? Maybe, but...

I felt sick multiple times and stopped going there. anyway the pizza has always been terrible raw inside with poor and scarce ingredients. I really can't understand how some can call this pizza excellent!

Surreal situation: we ordered fries that were clearly reheated and already unpresentable just by looking at them, we pointed it out to the waiter who took them back without batting an eye (not removing them from the bill). Gluten-free pizza among the worst I've ever eaten. Terrible quality dough as well as the service and the venue

I discovered this pizzeria because it's very close to my house and I had such a great experience that I still go back now that I'm outside Milan. Extremely kind and attentive staff, pizza very good with wide choice, never felt sick.

I've known "Il Grissino" and its owner for a very long time and I have to say we stopped going to their place for several reasons... They started to worsen on the pizza quality, reducing the toppings (so much so other customers said "put some ham on it, not just one slice!") then adding to that terrible baking (also caused by the new oven), to finally end up serving us several times "regular" dishes instead of gluten-free ones, recognizable by sight and taste... The last few times we also felt sick, after eating at their place... Constantly, even just eating the pizza... Maybe things have changed since we stopped going, but I don't think we'll be back...
