They're not AIC certified but they're extremely knowledgeable because they have celiacs in the family, so they've been doing gluten free for a lifetime. Pizza quality amazing, both gluten free and regular. They have a tagliata worth trying

It's not AIC certified, but whoever handles GF has taken AIC courses, so they're knowledgeable. Good and generously topped pizzas. Recently I also tried the sgabei and the tigelle and they're very good. Gluten-free desserts and beer also available. When booking it's better to specify there's a celiac at the table so they prepare the dough and you don't wait too long for dinner.
