For years we have specialized in gluten-free cooking. Together with our chef Rudi Leimegger, we are very happy to satisfy our celiac guests, for whom we offer a rich breakfast with homemade bread and desserts and a 5-course menu. We also organize gluten-free cooking classes for AIS Val Pusteria.

Excellent hotel and, above all excellent the restaurant: "finger-licking good!". Our 3 celiac family members were in raptures over the quality of the food.

I've already visited twice with my celiac wife. Excellent hotel, excellent dining for everyone, celiacs included. And helpfulness, friendliness and kindness included in the price!
