For us celiacs the good life. beautiful, clean hotel and kind staff. also the spa with outdoor hot tub worth trying.

we're on vacation at this hotel, the room nice, welcoming and clean, the staff really kind, dinner is generous and varied even for us celiacs, for breakfast I've never happened to find 8 homemade desserts even for me plus all the rest. we're really happy with the choice we made.

Once again it didn't disappoint us. Almost the whole menu is gluten-free and the staff is well trained. Tasty and generous portions

The menu choice is very varied, you can have almost everything with a small extra...avoid the venison though, really tough and dry (maybe I was just unlucky ..) prices a bit above average.

Me and my wife were there only a few days, but enough to say they're very good and professional at handling gf.....I definitely recommend it!

I go there often for the pizza (since I'm also intolerant to milk and dairy) and it's without a shadow of a doubt THE BEST GLUTEN-FREE (and dairy-free) PIZZA I've ever eaten!!! for those who only have the gluten problem there are also so many other dishes! Thank goodness there's Nevada!!! thank you very much and keep it up!!!

we've been there many times and I tried pizzoccheri, manfrigoli, canederli and gluten-free strudel. they're excellent! a stop here is truly not to be missed! plus the venue is really nice and the staff kind and trained. well done!

We were guests at the restaurant for lunch. FANTASTIC as always, delicious courses (both without and with gluten). Our most sincere compliments to the Nevada's kitchen. Keep it up!!!!

unico locale aic a livigno. il personale è preparato e gentile. il cibo buono e ricercato e tipici del posto. abbiamo mangiato polenta taragna e salmi di cervo. e alla mia signora le si sono illuminati gli occhi quando ha assaggiato il pane nero senza glutine. una vera coccola.
