Without a doubt the best glutenfree pizzeria in Brescia, and beyond. Several types of dough, always soft and crispy regardless; the pizza chef, gruff-looking, pampers celiacs deliciously, a great master, you won't find pizzas like this anywhere else in the world.

Watch out, here every week they do the all-you-can-eat GF pizza tour...everything excellent and a variety I've never seen! I really recommend it.

in my opinion the best gluten-free pizza in BS and province, with also an excellent restaurant. Pasquale was the first to do gluten-free in Brescia and he's still N°1

Hi I ate the new gluten-free pizza with buckwheat flour, really really good, it stays crispy and doesn't get gummy even when it's cold

I don't recommend the place... they gave us a table already used.... there were lots of regular bread crumbs on it ...only when we pointed it out, did they move us. not very attentive. I'm sorry

makes the best gluten-free pizza I know!!! Also really spectacular the cuisine. Nice place and really friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone!
